HEAT

The primary heat sources comprise 3 propane gas fireplaces one in each grand room and one in the kitchen. The ceiling fans keep the air moving and the heat evenly distributed. Electric baseboard heat is used infrequently in the winter in only three areas, the kitchen & both bathrooms. This heat is used primarily when it is exceptionally cold outside. And we do get a few cold days in January! Another gas heat source, currently unused, is located in the workshop, the latter as mentioned, could be a third possible bedroom.
